Deposits: Deposits are required for all new clients first appointment, all knotless braids and loc extensions appointments. Deposits are non refundable. No Show Policy: If you fail to show up without prior communication, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. Late Policy: $10 late fee will be applied if you arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notice. Late Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made on the day of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service cost.
